Roncos do Diabo is formed by four bagpipers and a drummer. It was born in 2005, as a result of a work of collection, research and construction of musical instruments, started by its members in 1998. This route gave the possibility of playing several Portuguese Bagpipes together tuned between them.

A strong and involving sound is the proposal of Roncos do Diabo for the divulging of the Portuguese traditional music. This project has the will of promoting the Portuguese Bagpipe. Roncos do Diabo experienced several concerts from north to south of Portugal and beyond borders, rousing the curiosity of different generations. In a view of fusion and update of the Portuguese music, Roncos do Diabo presents a show full of energy and rhythmic explosion, providing the public true moments of party.

Roncos do Diabo are: André Ventura, João Ventura, Mário Estanislau, Vitor Félix (gaitas-de-foles transmontanas) and Tiago Pereira (percussion).
