Students may sit graded music exams if they wish - your teacher will advise you of the appropriate grade and the closing dates for entries. These exams are via the London College of Music and Armagh Pipers Club has a registered exam centre in Victoria Street. There are 3 exam dates spaced throughout the year - Check the calendar for the closing dates for entries.
The Club also has a large archive of recordings, music collections and tune/song transcriptions. Students can avail of computer programmes to transcribe tunes.
A completely unique facility is the Pipers Club Uilleann Pipe Making Workshop located in St Patrick’s Trian, Armagh. Classes and weekend workshops are offered in pipe making and maintenance for all members.
